TeaSpiller is looking for BRILLIANT programmers to help us launch our online marketplace.
Here’s our three, simple, hiring criteria:
1. A programmer who loves to execute internet applications. And then execute some more. Experience with the latest AJAX/DHTML is necessary, and at least a knowledge of CSS. Preference for Django.
2. A programmer who cares about the user; who will go the extra mile for that bit of delight that makes all the difference.
3. A programmer who is professional and can deliver on deadlines. We're open to working with telecommuters, but you will be expected to a have amazing communication skills.

2. Experienced management. We’ve been starting, building, and selling companies for 10+ years now.
