We are looking for a Code Guru to lead a new development team we are forming to create a ground-up, revolutionary, software system.

Be prepared for programming, leading and project management challenges during an on-site interview.

Responsibilities:
• Lead and motivate a team of 4+ high caliber developers.
• Lead software architecture definition and take responsibility for tradeoffs.
• Define schedules and plan development of software.
• Create new, better solutions to the challenges that are encountered.
• Deliver fully tested solutions (not just code) on schedule and at the highest quality.

Requirements:
• Excellent communication skills and strong ability to lead and motivate people.
• Incredible coding skills. Proven by a trail of success.
• You should be a project management maniac.
• Ability to architect from the most abstract level down to the details of software.
• 8+ years development experience.
• 4+ years leading a technical team of 4 or more developers.
• Proven experience and success leading and developing shrink wrapped products.
• Design/deployment of commercial large scale software projects for private and public use.
• B.S. or M.S in Computer Science or related field that demonstrates deep knowledge of programming fundamentals.
• Knowledge of the outside of the box.

Areas where you should have very strong, proven, technical expertise:
• Superlative knowledge of at least one of: C++, C#, Objective C, Java
• Knowledge of the rest of them.
• Software application architecture.
• User interaction and GUI design.
• Server/Client interaction.
