Jack Morton’s Digital team is looking for a Senior Developer who has experience providing technical expertise in regards to creating web sites and other interactive pieces using HTML/CSS and ASP.Net/C#.

Responsibilities:
As part of the Digital team you will have the opportunity to contribute to high-level technical solutions for world class clients, and will work within a team of professionals dedicated to solving those client’s problems with the best established and cutting edge solutions available.

•Provide project methodology and delivery mechanisms to Developers
•Collaborate with Designers & Art Directors during the design process, especially to guide the areas of forms interface usability and bandwidth considerations
•Assist in business development efforts by providing technical expertise and development time estimates
•Communicate with the Technical Lead, Producers, Quality Assurance and others throughout the lifecycle of the project in order to ensure the project is delivered successfully
•Efficiently deliver high quality interactive pieces featuring code that is well structured and easily maintainable
•Develop HTML/CSS, Flash and C# based programs for offline and online delivery
•Assist Quality Assurance in the execution of testing plans
•Interact with clients in a confident manner, including occasional participation in client facing meetings

Requirements:
•5+ years development experience with HTML/CSS
•5+ years experience with back-end programming languages including ASP.Net (C#)
•Knowledge of relational database systems including SQL Server
•Knowledge of Flash content creation tools, including Flash CS3/4 or Flex/Flash Builder
•Keep abreast of current development trends, techniques and technology
•Ability to handle multiple overlapping projects and competing deadlines
•Strong time management, attention to detail and communication skills
•A passion for creating next generation technology solutions
